It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Floyd Vincent of Sacramento, Kentucky, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Sue Vincent; and his parents, Elvis Vincent and Alice Vincent. He is survived by: his son Herman Dale Vincent of Sacramento; and his sister-in-law Martine Revlett of Island.
