It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elbert Dwight Tooley of Sacramento, Kentucky, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Ray Tooley and Bessie Lee Wakeland Tooley. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rickard Tooley; his sons, Troy Tooley and Nathan Tooley; and his siblings, Wendell Tooley, Teddy Tooley, Gary Tooley and Jetta Morse. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
