She was predeceased by: her parents, George Vernon and Mary Lee Thompson Brown; her husband Monzel Slinker; and her niece Chas Cardwell. She is survived by: her children, Mischelle Nelson (Joe Mack) of Bremen, Shannon Slinker Welborn of Powderly, Angel Carlisle of Madisonville, Whitney Eubanks (Chris) of Sacramento and Troy Slinker (Laura) of Sacramento; and her sisters, Darlene Edmonds of Island and Denise Bishop of Island. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
