He was predeceased by: his parents, Ballard Johnson and Edna Earl Tucker Johnson; and his brothers, Shelby Johnson, Danny Johnson and Jeff Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Ray Johnson; his children, Michael Johnson of Madisonville and Melanie Gentry (Brandon) of Bowling Green; his grandsons, Ethan Gentry and Jack Gentry; and his brother Jerry Johnson (Mary) of Sacramento. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
