He was predeceased by: his parents, Bettie Gene Blake Talley and Carl Bennett Horn; and his brothers, Eric Charles Horn and Donnie Horn. He is survived by: his wife Debra King Horn of Sacramento; his children, Corey Thomas Horn (Erica) of Springfield, IL, Robert Louis Horn (Elizabeth) of Chatham, IL, Joseph Charles Horn (Nichole) of Mackinaw, IL and Cara Susanne Horn of Springfield, IL; his sister Peggy Hester of Florida; and his uncle Percy Blake (Buddy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; two step grandchildren.
