He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Perry and Katherine Ulrich; his sisters, Linda Perry and Katherine Burgess; and his granddaughter Gabrielle.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Perry; his siblings, Richard Perry and Virginia Smith; his grandchildren, Brooke, Anthony, Jaydan, Seth, Eastin and Everly; and his great grandchild James. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
