He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Horn and Lillian Van Horn. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Van Horn; his children, Jeff Van Horn (Amy), Erin Hammond (Don) and David Van Horn (Megan); and his grandchildren, Lyman, Mitchell, Nolan, Logan, Mia, Graham and Edwin.
