She was predeceased by: her husband Ray (Poppa Bear); her son Jerry Allen Collins; her brothers, Dick and Ed Petzinger; and her great great grandchild Aiyana Wallace.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond Leonard "Lenny" (Karen) of Walton, Rock (Kathy) of Taylor Mill, Ralph "Boz" (Nancy) of Ryland Heights, Rodney "Fit" (Tammy) of Walton, Richard "Smell" (Michelle) of Monticello and Ronald "Rondo" of Morning View. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren with one on the way and 6 great great grandchildren.
