She is survived by: her husband Rusty Mills of Russellville, KY; her son Wilbur Paul Brian Woodward of Russellville, KY; her stepsons, Ricky Allen Mills of Russellville, KY and Jeffery David Mills (Jessa) of Van, TX.; and her brothers, Joe Belcher (Fran) of Morgantown, KY and Billy Belcher.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel (1600 Nashville St, Russellville, KY 42276). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
