She was predeceased by: her father Curtis Eugene; her husband Clifford Daniel "Dan" Cash; and her siblings, Frank Holloway, Hubert Holloway, Mary Elizabeth Rogers and Gertrude Helen Call.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry Conrad Westbrook (Donna) of Franklin and Mark Hall (Connie) of Russellville; her siblings, Jack Perry Holloway (Peggy) of Russellville and Dorris Marie McChesney of Russellville; and her grandchildren, Erica Marie Capezzuto (Leo), Brad Hall (Ashley) and Rebecca Dean (Justin). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
