She is survived by: her children, Philip Pillow of Russellville, KY, June Cauley (Dale) of Louisville, KY, Shirley Nylin (Bob) of Russellville, KY and Ginny Smith (Terry) of Naples, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
