He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Arnold and Sarah Crawford Arnold; and his wife Dorothy Arnold. He is survived by: his stepson Richard Shifflett (Connie) of Russellville, KY..

In Lieu of Flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
