She is survived by: her children, Gary Dulworth (Donna) of Russellville, KY., Janie Dulworth (Billy) of Russellville, KY and Donna Jenkins of Russellville, KY.; and her siblings, Kenneth Earl Lyons (Kim) of Russellville, KY, Terry Lynn Lyons of Russellville, KY. and Lisa Diane Crain (Junior) of Russellville, KY. She is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
