He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Reginald Kemp and Mary Rebecca Dawson Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Becky Kemp; his children, Ashley Orr (Jason) and Jonathan Kemp (Kathy); his siblings, Mike Kemp (Vickie) and Rebecca Everest (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Celia Orr, Olivia Orr, Lydia Orr, Madelynn Kemp, Charlotte Kemp, Eva Kemp, Ann Marie Kemp, Lucille Kemp and Luke Kemp.
