She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Thomas Kendrick and Manson Kendrick; her husband Joe M. Gilbert (Head); her siblings, Margaret Kendrick and James T. Kendrick; and her nephews, Harold Kendrick and Louis Kendrick.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Joann Gilbert; her goddaughter Pam Dickerson of Adairville, KY; and her close friend Sara Stovall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
