Churchwell and Doris Jean Churchwell (Raines) of Memphis; her husband Gary Arnold; her daughters, Beth Heckathorn (Brian) of Florida, Amy Arnold of Russellville and Jan Arnold of Russellville; and her brothers, Jeff Churchwell (Lisa) of Memphis and Jon Churchwell of Memphis. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
