He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Margaret Hall Price; his daughter Margaret Elaine Alcott; and his sisters, Gladys Herman and Thelma Duncan. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Bradshaw (Frank); and his great great grandchild Sherman Guthrie Price. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren.
