She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Thomas and Sallie Mae England. She is survived by: her husband Jim Riley; her daughters, Lynn Dawson (Karl) of Henderson and Mary McIndoo (Bob) of Henderson; her grandchildren, Katherine Dawson Baker (Clayton), John Riley Dawson (Morgan), Rob Dawson (Olivia) and Kelly McIndoo Douglas (Mason); her great grandchild Dawson Gregory Baker; her nephew Mike Riley; and her niece Lally Riley McLean.

“Please accept my condolences for the passing of a very special lady, Sarah England Riley, whom I have known since December, 1960 when we moved to Horse Cave, KY and knew the Englands at Green's Chapel. Then, of course, I taught at Caverna from where I think she graduated from high school. And next I came to Russellville and taught here and knew her after she married, I considered her a good friend and will miss her. Bobbie Jean Cook Burnett”
