With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Frances Ballance Campbell (Russellville, Kentucky), born in Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on April 8, 2022 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Franklin Anglea and Cordilia Brown Anglea; her brother Robert Franklin Anglea; her former husband Henry W. Ballance, Jr.; her husband J. Paris Campbell; her son William Henry "Bill" Ballance; and her grandson Scott Robert Ballance.
She is survived by: her son Robert W. "Bob" Ballance (Marlene). She is also survived by five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
