She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Forgy and Thelma Givens; and her spouse Clayborn Southerland. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Southerland (Connie) of Russellville, KY, Robert Southerland of Bowling Green, KY and Andy Southerland (Madge) of Louisville, KY; and her brothers, Reed Forgy of Quality, KY and Bill Forgy of Pontiac, MI. She is also survived by 4 grand children; 5 great grand children.
