She is survived by: her husband Gabby Hayes; her children, Tammy Triplett (Mike) of Russellville, Shane Hayes (Shannon) of Russellville and Jason Hayes (Kerri) of Russellville; her sister Annette Lear (Kenneth) of Russellville; her grandchildren, Zack, Jake, Brett Triplett, Savannah, Samuel Hayes, Jaden, Kinsey and Jonas Hayes; and her great grandchild Scarlet Triplett.
