With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Edward Rampon of Russellville, Kentucky, born in Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Wedge Rampon; his parents, Emil Rampon and Mary Baritell Rampon; and his brother William Rampon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
