He is survived by: his wife Betti Sweetsir; his children, Raymond Sweetsir, Jr. (Jane) of Russellville, Joe Sweetsir (Maike) of Germany, David Sweetsir of Baltimore, Horst Uwe Sweetsir of Bowling Green, Michael Sweetsir (Freida) of Franklin, Patrick Sweetsir (Lisa) of Russellville and Michelle Cather of Colona; and his siblings, Steven Sweetsir of Pennsylvania and Lynn Miner-Hasler of Florida. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
