He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gordon and Mary Louise Watkins (Robertson); and his brothers, Thomas Rudolph Watkins and Bobby Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Janice Watkins; his daughter Tina Hopkins (Tim) of Russellville; his siblings, George Christopher Watkins (Mary Ann) of Blanchester and Sally Hobbs (Wink) of Lawrenceburg; and his grandchildren, Chelsey and Connor Hopkins.
