He was predeceased by: his father Jessie Leland; his daughter Karen Annette Watters; and his brother Jack Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Faye Kelly; his children, Robert Kevin Kelly (Heather) of Virginia, Kelly Scott Miller of Russellville, Laura Jean Williamson of Virginia and Kimberly Ann Bunch of Bowling Green; and his sisters, Kathy Kelly of Florida, Sherry Lynn Leasure of Florida and Cora Louise Hudson (Joe) of Florida. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
