He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Bilyeu and Cornelia Mae Harris Bilyeu; his wife Vicky Bilyeu; his son Timmy Bilyeu; and his brother Kenneth Bilyeu.
He is survived by: his children, Clay Bilyeu (Debbie) of Russellville, Philip Ray Bilyeu of Clarksville, Don Coffey and Candida Knight of Russellville; his siblings, Joe Dan Bilyeu (Cristy) of Russellville and Glenda Reynolds of Ashland City, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Victoria, Becky, Luke, Tiffany, Amber Bilyeu and Billy Knight. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
