He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Edna Teague Smith; and his sisters, Roberta Fuller and Faye Pentecost. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Day Smith; his children, Michael Smith of Belton, KY and Michelle Pointer of Browder, KY; his stepchildren, Jarrett Francis of Troup, TX, Jason Phillips of Greenville, KY and Belinda Francis of Sharon Grove, KY; and his brothers, Keith Smith of Owensboro, KY and Larry Smith of Beechmont, KY. He is also survived by 5 grand children; 1 great grand child.
