She was predeceased by: her parents, Karon Lyons and Deanna Powell Lyons. She is survived by: her husband Michael Mincy of Russellville; her children, Christina L. O'Neal of Russellville, KY and Jacob D. O'Neal of Piqua, OH; her sisters, Karen M. Lyons of Russellville, KY, Melinda D. Lyons of Russellville, KY and Amanda J. Lyons of Russellville, KY; and her grandchildren, Gwendolyn H, Elaina K. O'Neal of Piqua, OH and Marcus C. O'Neal of Piqua, OH. She is also survived by Five Nieces and Nephews.
