She was predeceased by: her parents, Norvin "Pete" Martin and Ida Mae Martin; and her siblings, Norvin David Martin and Mammie Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Bob McKinney of Russellville, KY.; her sons, Richard Phillips (Shelly) of Russellville, KY and Jeffry Phillips (Chrystal) of Greenville, KY.; her stepchildren, James Robert McKinney (Dawn) of Dover, PA. and Brenda Lea McKinney of New Oxford, PA.; and her sister Linda Sue Phillips of Carrollton, KY. She is also survived by Six Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren Three Step Grandchildren and one Step Great Grandchild.
