She was predeceased by: her parents, James Perry and Mary Shumake Perry; her sons, Gary and Terry Tanner; and her siblings, Charlie Perry, Francis Grayson, Wanda Burchett and Elsie McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Tanner of Russellville, Diane Tanner of Elkton, Debbie Tanner of Sharon Grove and Kim Warden of Auburn; and her sisters, Cynthia White of Russellville and Ruby Slack of Logan County. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
