He is survived by: his mother Earleen Howard (Elizabeth Howard); his daughter Brittany Michelle Buster (Joshua Gail) of Russellville; and his siblings, Danny Howard of Russellville, James Howard Jr. of Elkton, John Howard of Russellville, Debbie Howard Canales (Alfonso) of Russellville and Donna Howard of Russellville. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
