She is survived by: her children, David Vick (Joan) of Oak Ridge, TN, Dwayne Vick of Savannah, GA and Diane Cassity (Chris) of Russellville, KY; her grandchildren, Heather Powell (Nathaniel), Carson Vick (Alison) of Knoxville, TN, Matthew Vick (Ashley) of Oak Ridge, TN, Stephen Cassity and Amber Cassity of Bowling Green, KY; her nephew Randy Vick (Amy) of Olmstead, KY; and her niece Debbie Knight of Bowling Green, KY.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
