She is survived by: her children, Donald Creek of Russellville, Anthony Creek of Auburn and Patty Morales of Florida; and her grandchildren, Ray Sentner, Izzy Sentner, Jonathan Creek and Kurt Creek. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel (1600 Nashville St, Russellville, KY 42276). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
