She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Luther and Burton Scott Foster; and her husband Richard Arnett. She is survived by: her daughter Allison Waggoner (Paul) of Trenton; and her grandchildren, Grace of Trenton and Noah Summers of Trenton.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West (5817 Fort Campbell Blvd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240).
