She is survived by: her children, Sharon Baldwin of Russellville, Tracy Johnson and Eddie Johnson; and her siblings, Clarence Maddox of Russellville, Linda Walden of Russellville and Donna Gass of Fountain Run, KY. She is also survived by Five Grandchildren; Three Great Grandchildren; One Great Grandchild.
