She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Dillard and Dicie Walker Dillard; her daughter Jacqueline Fay Summers; her grandson Kenley Ralph Summers, III; and her son-in-law David Michael Wohrley, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Kenley "Ken" Summers; her children, Kenley Summers, II (Melissa), Samantha Pomeroy (Kris), Greenbrier, Honey Summers (Russellville) and Rebecca Wohrley (Clarksville); and her brothers, Harold Dillard (Athens), Gary Dillard (Springfield) and Mark Dillard (Julesburg).
