He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Duncan and Myrtle Duncan (Belcher); his wife Regena Duncan (Fisher); his parents-in-law, Richard and Willie Mae Fisher; his son-in-law Bruce Steller; and his great grandchildren, Andy Brown and Ella Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda, Kevin Duncan (Cheryl) and Richie Duncan (Ericka); his grandchildren, Leslie Steller Brown (Tighe, Sr.), Brad Steller, Katie Puryear (Eric), Toni Duncan Thomas (Kevin), Lindsey Duncan and Chelsey Duncan Cole; and his great grandchildren, Tighe III, Taber, Tinsley Brown, Braden Thomas and Nicholas Puryear.
