He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Dilliha and Betty Bennison Dilliha; and his brothers, Alvin Dilliha and James Dilliha. He is survived by: his children, Steve Cassetty (Angie) of Auburn, KY, Mark Dilliha (Michelle) of Bowling Green, KY, Matt Dilliha (Kristina) of Russellville, KY and Tammy Branham (David) of Memphis, TN; and his siblings, David Dilliha (Jeannie) of Russellville, KY, Elza Dilliha, Jr. (Patty) of Russellville, KY and Nancy Webb of Russellville, KY. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and Numerous Great Grandchildren.
