She is survived by: her husband Herb Adam; her children, Robert Willis (Deborah) of Russellville, Jerry Willis of Russellville, Glenda Allen of Russellville, Jan Robbins (Tom) of Russellville and Jennifer Wood (Wesley) of Lewisburg; and her stepsons, Brad Adam (Trish) of Louisanna and Steve Adam (Lorian) of Louisanna.
