He is survived by: his children, Tina Miller (Steve) of Russellville, KY. and Kevin Yates of Auburn, KY.; his siblings, Wayne Yates of Bucksville, KY., Shirley White of Franklin, KY and Mary "Tommy" McLemore of Russellville; and his grandchildren, Ryan Basham, Dylan Basham, Kylee Yates and Johnny Owen "Toby" Yates.
