We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2021, at the age of 87, Joane Russell of Russellville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Eddy Russell; her son Robin Russell (Teresa); her sister Betty Sue Kemp (Bob); her grandchildren, Ryan Russell (Lexington) and Tara Stivers (Georgetown); and her great grandchildren, Jackson Stivers, Nate Stivers and Joane Russell.
