He is survived by: his wife Roberta Blythe (Carver); his children, Scott Blythe (Lesa) and Angela Brooks (Dale) of Russellville; his stepson Scott McElwain (Kathy) of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Cortney Rogers (Joey) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Cameron Blythe (Catie) of Evansville, Indiana, Zach Brooks of Massachusetts, Corey Brady (Samantha), Kristen McElwain (Matt) and Ryan McElwain (Ali) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
