He is survived by: his wife Joy O'Daniel of Russellville, KY; his children, Keith O'Daniel (Rachelle Elkton), Sue Carol Knight (Perry) of Elkton, KY, Sandra Penrod of Elkton, KY, Teri Keltner (Jason) of Russellville, KY and Lisa Hale of Russellville, KY.; and his brothers, Charlie O'Daniel of Ohio, Ronnie O'Daniel of Ohio and Frank O'Daniel of Ohio.
