He is survived by: his wife Gene Hornberger of Russellville, KY; his children, Kelly Adler (Holley) of Okeechobee, FL, Phillip Adler (Debbie) of Russellville, KY. and Michelle King (Rhea) of Schochoh, KY.; his siblings, Billy Joe Hornberger (Sherry) of Orlinda, TN. and Ann Felts of Springfield, TN.; his grandchildren, Stephen Adler, Shane Adler, Justin Gibson, Daniel King and Ashley Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Lukas, Liam, Logan, Cohen, Brady, Laken, Weston and Wrenley. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
