It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Phelps Rutherford (Russellville, Kentucky), who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, John Phelps, Roger Phelps, Charles Phelps, Richard Phelps and Neal Phelps.

She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Rutherford; her son Chris Rutherford (Candy); her sister Linda Sidebottom; and her grandchildren, Grayson, Allison, Lilli, Hannah and Emma.

Memorial donations may be given to the Logan County Library.
