She was predeceased by: her husband William R. "Jack" Headrick. She is survived by: her daughter Myla Christine Porter (Eric "Pete" Porter); her brother Stanley Nebel (Doreen); her granddaughter Hannah Porter; and her great grandchildren, Kristian Ortiz, Addison Morrison and Kason Grisham.
Memorial donations can be made to the Oak Grove WMU Outreach, the Oak Grove Youth, PO Box 456, Russellville, KY 42276 or to the donor's favorite charity, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
