He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Meade and Christine Herndon Meade; and his sister Betty Baird. He is survived by: his wife Fredia Taylor Meade4; and his sons, Jeff Meade (Kay), Russellville, Hopkinsville, Gallatin and Hickory. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and Several Step Grandchildren and Step Great Grandchildren.
