He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Stovall; and his daughter Debra Stovall. He is survived by: his children, Jozeal Posey and Charles Ray Clarke; his stepdaughter Charlotte Stovall; and his nephew William Woodard (Mary). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
