He is survived by: his children, Deborah Mahan (Jimmy Phelps), Tim Smith (Kathryn), Michial Smith (Joyce) and Jamie Smith (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Russell Wise, Frankie Dulkoski, Brandon Smith, Danielle Bowersock, Jamie Smith, Jr., Chevonne Lynn Smith and Joshua Alex Smith. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
