He is survived by: his children, James "Jim" Moats (Peggy) of Nunnelly, Steven Moats (Dawn) of Knoxville, Sheryl Moats of Russellville and Kim Dunn (Chris) of Auburn; and his siblings, William "Billy" Cox of Waco, Ann Hancock of Frankfort, Starr Hancock of Georgetown and Jenne Hancock of Frankfort. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
